Compared to Insightly Plus, RapidStart CRM, Powered by Dynamics 365, has no record limits. Just because your record count grows, that doesn't mean your needs changed. With Insightly, once you hit that 100,001 record, you have to upgrade to their $49 plan, whether you want to or not. Even that plan has a 250K record limit. You don't get to unlimited records until you reach Insightly's $99 plan
RapidStart CRM also includes Case Management capabilities. Industry specific versions and our infamous RapidStart Wizards. Insightly does not offer these features.
Role-based permissions and Workflow Automation are also not included with Insightly's Plus plan.
