With lots of Record types, come even more fields. Customers don’t need all of these. How about focusing on what they need?
Each Record type has multiple forms, but few customers need more than one, more forms is more complexity that nobody wants.
How many different ways does a customer want to look at a list of Records? A lot fewer ways than Microsoft thinks, that’s for sure.
