Your RapidStart CRM deployment is almost done. Now is the time to install the Outlook App for Dynamics 365 and the mobile apps if your customer wishes. Steps for this are detailed in our Rapidstart CRM Deployment Guide and either your customer can do this themselves, or you can provide this as a service.

You can also go over with, or your customer can directly access, the Getting Started with Dynamics 365 section of the guide.

Now would also be a good time to start the conversation with your customer about next steps for further expanding Dynamics 365.
