Our RapidStart CRM allows your customers to decide who gets to see and do certain things in Dynamics 365. Maybe their sales staff is only allowed to see their own items, and maybe they are not allowed to delete anything. Managers may be able to see their direct reports records, but not their peers. These roles are fully outlined in our RapidStart CRM Deployment Guide.
