A feature unique to Dynamics 365 is the Guided Process. This is the information bar that sits at the top of Lead and Opportunity records and provides a roadmap to users of what to do next. This feature is fully explained in our RapidStart CRM Deployment Guide.

The Guided Process is where your customer can apply their own logic to what, when and why things need to happen. Let’s face it, left without guidance your customer’s users will not always do the right things, or remember all of their training for every situation. The Guided Process for example can show a sales person exactly what their company has determined is important to capture before qualifying a lead to an opportunity, critical to proper forecasting.
